Welcome to Mambo Queen Web Site . The site is published and owned by CHIC AND UTOPIC S.L with registered address at calle Casanova,199-2º1, 08036 Barcelona. The site and its e-shop “mamboqueen.es” is located on Ibiza island, Spain. The present terms and conditions of sale will apply to all purchases of goods under the Mambo Queen brand through the online shop via the company’s website identified by the domain name www.mamboqueen.es. They apply to:
* Orders placed by non-trading clients as consumers and residing in the territory of sale that Lollipops provides except certain countries mentioned below in article …
* Requiring shipping to these clients for themselves or to a third party consumer residing in our delivery zone Lollipops online shop sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale.
Chic and utopic S.L reserves the right and takes steps to ensure that the information accessed via the Site is accurate and up-to-date by Chic and utopic S.L . Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your orders.
1. AGREEMENT
By using this Site, you agree to comply with and to be bound by all these terms when you confirming your order. Any products carrying the Mambo Queen brand sold on online shop of the Site is subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which the client accepts. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not buy anything from this site.
Mamboqueen.es reserve the right to, from time to time, modify and update these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. By carrying out the order via the site after any such change, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the terms and conditions as modified.
2. PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
Mambo Queen products available for ordering online include necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, accessories for mobile . While all orders are subject to availability, orders will be accepted within the limit of available stock. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sale promotion.
Prices of products displayed on the Site are quoted in EUROS (€) excluding shipping fee and they include the spanish tax IVA which is actually 18 % . The amount of shipping fee for the order will be displayed automatically on the site upon validation of the shipping method chosen by the client and the client will be notified again in the confirmation email of the order. We try to ensure that all product information and prices on our site are accurate and up to date at the time you place an order. Prices charged are those applicable on the day of the order.
* The browsing of different pages of the Site will not be considered the same as ordering;
* Orders can be placed through the online shop of the Site at any time. You will be responsible for paying any cost of connection to our Site;
* When placing an order for the first time, you will be required to open an account with us and complete certain required fields on a register form;
* The placing of an order on the Site is given by a succession of different screens indicating the steps which the client must take in order to validate his order;
* All steps and information requested ( personal information, credit card information, billing information, shipping address) is required to process and fulfil the order. The client is informed that this information is also kept by the organization in charge of order analysis and bank card fraud;
* Prolonged inactivity may cause your connection to our Site to fail, and your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection;
* Before you submit an order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of the order and correct any input errors;
* Your order represents a request by you to purchase our products;
* After you have submitted an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you without delay. Please note however that such confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order;
* The sale will only be binding once we have notified you that the order is accepted and the goods have been dispatched by us;
* We have the right to refuse any order placed by a client with whom there is an existing litigation concerning payment of a previous order not conforming to the present conditions of sale;
* Products remain our property until you have paid for them in full.
4.1. Modification and cancellation of your orders
Last minute changes to unshipped orders are possible. To modify or cancel the order, you must contact us as soon as possible by email at sales@mamboqueen.es giving the order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy and place the new order in online shop of the Site.
4.2. Proof of orders
Emails are considered proof between parties; as are the automatic savings of the Site, concerning the nature and date of order in particular.
To pay for the order the Customer may use the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or American Express, or PayPal. The charge will be made upon confirmation of the order.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Mamboqueen.es accepts orders from Spain (except Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla) and European communitary countries except ……
6.1. Shipping method & delay
All purchases will be shipped via D.H.L company . This shipping service guarantees for a delivery within 2-3 business days for delivery in Spain and 2-4 business days for European countries.
To estimate the total delivery time for your order please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the shipping delay. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Mambo Queen cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery.
6.2. Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you with a tracking number associated with your package as soon as your order has been shipped, it will allow you to track the status of your shipment or contact directly with D.H.L.
7.1. Return of Non-conforming Products
The Customer has the right to return defective products or non-conforming products. The Customer has 48h from the moment of the delivery to detect product non-conformity and to inform Mamboqueen.es via e-mail at sales@mamboqueen.es about the defect or lack of conformity and to return the product to MamboQueen.
If the Customer returns a product because it is defective or non-conforming and the return is approved, Mambo Queen will refund the value of the product and the delivery expenses, as well as the direct costs involved in the return, within thirty (30) days of Mambo Queen’s receipt of the returned product.
7.2. Return of Products for Any Reason (Right of Withdrawal)
If the Customer is not satisfied for any reason with the products purchased, he/she will have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to contact us at sales@mamboqueen.es and return the product . The Customer may return the purchased product to the folowing address:

Provided that:
-The product has not been used in any case.
-The product is complete with its packaging
The product must be returned and the Customer must assume the expenses of this return. The products are to be returned with their original packaging and labelling, together with the applicable Returns Note. Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned goods, Mamboqueen.es will refund the price of the product within thirty (30) days of receiving the order cancellation and product return notification from the Customer. The delivery expenses are never refunded (except in case of incorrect or defective items); the customer will also have to pay for the return expenses
7.3. Information on Refunds
The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment.
Mamboqueen.es will not make the refund until receiving the returned product and verifying the condition of the product in the warehouse; once the condition of the returned product has been verified, the Customer will be refunded the relevant amount within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned product at Mambo Queen.
Therefore, we highly recommend to choose a shipping service that permits to trace it at any time. Mambo Queen will not assume responsibility for refunding in case that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Mambo Queen has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This Site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We will not be responsible for any non-substantial errors which could effect the characteristics of the products. All images, illustrations and descriptions are for information only and have no contractual value. None of the material contained in our Site is to be relied upon as a statement or representation of fact.
While we try to ensure that our website is available at all times, the Internet is not an inherently stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. We do not give any warranty for the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, performance, fitness, freedom from viruses or timeliness of the content or services contained on our Site.
We are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental; punitive and consequential damages.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including once an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
The Customers are informed that their personal data will be included in files under the ownership of Mambo Queen for commercial purposes, customer relation management advertising and commercial prospecting, including the sending (through post, e-mail, or other electronic means) of commercial messages concerning products, services, offers, promotions, and news concerning the Mambo Queen brand.
The Customer may exercise the rights of access, rectification or objection to the use of his/her personal data by a written request sent to Mambo Queen by e-mail to info@mamboqueen.es
Purchases made through the MamboQueen Website and under these Sale Terms are subject to Spanish law.
This site is solely for your private, personal, and non-commercial use. You may download or copy materials in the Site solely for your personal non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on the Site, including reproduction for purposes other than your personal non-commercial use, modification, distribution or republication, without the prior express written permission of Chic and Utopic S.L. , is strictly prohibited.
