Which countries we deliver to and the costs?

Delivery costs are calculated per order.

The exact charges of each delivery depend on the country of delivery.

• Belgium: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Danemark: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Germany (except Helgoland Island and the city of Büsingen): 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Finland: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• France (except overseas territories): 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Greece: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Holland: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Ireland: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Italy (except Campione d’Italia, Livigno Commune and Lago Lugano): 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Luxembourg: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Portugal: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): FREE (Before 6,50€)
• Suede: 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)
• United Kingdom (except the Channel Islands): 7,50 € (Before 15,50€)

We can only process orders sent to private or office addresses in these countries.

You can contact us for other countries, so we can quote you the shipment costs, but in no event will we deliver to areas where customs fees are applicable or there will be at your own charge.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are delivered by DHL within 3-4 working days (this period is for information purposes only and can differ).

Deliveries are made between Monday-Friday and never on Public Holidays. Bear in mind that deliveries are made in normal working hours, it is therefore a good idea to use an address where someone can collect your delivery.
